Executive Chef Bill
Harwell, a veteran of more than 25 years in the fine
food industry, launched the original Victor’s
of Florence in 1998. In December, 2002, he acquired
the business and recipes of P.A.’s Restaurant,
a favorite dining destination for Florence residents & visitors
since 1976. Chef Harwell is the creator of all Victor’s
Bistro & Garden Room menu offerings, and is proud
to offer a selection of P.A.’s classic entrees
on his Garden Room menu. |
