Customized Menus
In creating your special event, you are
not limited to our standard party menu. Our Executive
Chef and staff will work with you to tailor your
menu to meet your fine food preferences…from
trays of gourmet appetizers to complete custom dinners.

Group Accommodations
Our private dining room accommodates up
to 28 guest for seated dinners, and 40 for cocktail
parties. Or choose our lovely (and ultra-comfortable)
Garden Room, perfect for seated dinners of up to
32 guests and cocktail parties up to 50. |

Reservations
Once you’ve established the date and time
of your Victor’s group reservation, a $300 deposit
will hold this date and allow us to prepare for your
event. Deposit is applied to your final charges, and
is refundable up to 14 days prior to scheduled event
date.
Guest Count
Since food must prepared to serve each of your valued guests,
a guaranteed minimum number of attendees is necessary. This number may
not be reduced within 14 days of event date. Also, up until 14 days before
our event, you may increase the minimum numbers of guests you expect to
attend. If the actual number of guests exceeds the guaranteed number, charges
will be adjusted accordingly.
Billing for Special Arrangements
Special arrangements made on behalf
of your event (flowers, audio-visual equipment,
decorating, etc.) will be added to charges
and collected immediately following your
event.
Special Orders
If you wish, we can also place orders for special wines and foods not customarily
available in the Florence area. Special orders must be placed at least
7 days prior to your event. Pricing for specially ordered items includes
Next Day expedited shipping.
